DANGERS OF INDECISION


James 4:17

Therefore to him that knows how to do well, and does it not, to him it is sin.

Some days back while discussing with my Pastor, a statement from him got my attention, which I had to ponder so much on...

He said "Wrong decision is better than indecision"

From our conversation;

I understood that indecision keeps you in a spot while wrong decision avails you the opportunity to make a right decision.

Not making a decision at all is a decision that will keep you in a spot, Indecision keeps you in a certain position,

One of the dangers of indecision today is delay and this can be very dangerous if not corrected early enough.

Most time we always think that there is time to start that new career, that new business e.t.c but you see my friend,

“TIME WAITS FOR NO MAN”

We do not have all the years to wait, a wise man once said that;

“WAITING IS WASTING WITHOUT KNOWING”

Stand up today and take that step, right there in it you will be rewarded with the opportunity to take that golden step.

Indecision is a waste of energy, sometimes we start our days without plans and by the end of the day will accomplish absolutely nothing because we didn’t decided on how the day should be like.

We have to be deliberate about each of our approach to life.

Remember that Indecision leads one

§      To Inactivity

§      To take Wrong actions

§      To Wrong destination

§      Far away from God

      Do not waste your energy by being indecisive.

Take that BOLD STEP TODAY.

You are coming out victorious.

Your Thought Pattern Determines Your Life Pattern.

Nobody ever outgrows his/her thinking pattern Let’s reflect on this, someone without any ailment symptom visits the hospital for a routine medical check up and in the process discovered that he/She has a life threatening disease, immediately they starts to emaciate as times goes on, they are terrified , due to continuous pondering on the information about the ailment, but this was the same persons that was healthy, living well and going about their normal routine, but the discovery has changed their thought patterns and they began to think like a sick person. The Force Of Obedience

Abraham left the comfort and security of Ur to obey the call of God. Without hesitation, he "obeyed and went." He is known for this immediate step of obedience. Abraham's spiritual experience was marked by four difficult steps of obedience that showed the strength of his trust in God: He left his country and family (Genesis 12:1). He broke up with his nephew Lot, offering Lot his choice of land (Genesis 13:1-18). He changed his focus from Ishmael to Isaac for the center of God's promise (Genesis 17:17-18). He was willing to offer up Isaac, his only son (Genesis 22:1-19).
